What we track for you

Live departures and arrivals

Every high-speed service calling at Valencia Parque Central, in running order, with the time it is actually expected rather than the time it was printed.

Platform and gate numbers

The platform as soon as it is posted, and a notice when it changes — the one piece of information you cannot read from outside the hall.

Delay and disruption alerts

Follow a train number and get told about late running, cancellations and replacement arrangements instead of refreshing a board.

Station layout and facilities

Entrances, access gates, lifts and step-free routes, left luggage, toilets, cafés and where the taxi and metro links sit relative to the hall.

Booking links to the operators

For any service in the list, a direct link to the operator's own ticket page. We do not sell tickets or hold your payment details.

Connection timing

How long the walk is between hall, metro and bus stops, so a tight connection is a decision rather than a sprint.

From people who use the station

★★★★★
I travel the same route twice a week. The platform change notice reaches me before the hall board updates, which is the whole difference between walking and running.
Marta
★★★★☆
Clear, plain information with no clutter. I asked about step-free access with a pushchair and got a straight answer about lifts and the gate to use.
Daniel
★★★★★
Arrived from abroad with a tight metro connection. Knowing the walking time from the hall before I landed meant I did not have to guess.

Questions we get asked

Are you the station or the train operator?

No. We are an independent travel information service for people passing through Valencia Parque Central. We are not the station operator, not a railway company and not a ticket seller.

Can I buy a ticket through you?

No. Every service we list links straight to the operator's own ticket page, where the booking and the payment stay with them.

Where does the live time information come from?

From published running information for services calling at the station. When a platform or a time has not been posted yet, we say so rather than show an old one.

Does it cover every train, or only high-speed services?

The focus is the high-speed services through Valencia Parque Central, with the onward metro, bus and taxi links you need to leave the station.

What if my train is cancelled while I am travelling?

If you are following that train number, you get the cancellation and whatever replacement arrangement has been announced for it, with the hall exit and gate you should head for.

Tell us the route and we will set it up
